My name is Stephanie, and I am currently a Masters in Social Work student living in the midwest. I’m hoping to be a counselor/therapist and advocate for underprivileged populations. I am an American born Korean-Chinese, and I appreciate the cultural diversity with which I was able to grow up in. I like photography, playing the piano, writing letters, learning about cultures, traveling, and spending time with close friends. My guilty pleasures are sleeping in, eating philadelphia rolls, blog surfing when I should be studying, and drinking coffee tea (trying to quit coffee.) I am also a recent convert to Eastern Orthodox Christianity and have an interest in religion and philosophy.
Thank you for visiting my blog, and I hope to hear from you!

hi steph
Hi Stephanie.
Welcome to Korea and WordPress. Look forward to following your life’s adventures.
Thanks for the welcome, Jeffrey! I actually just ended phase Korea (see first blog post), but I plan to revisit the memories as I catch up my blog over the next few weeks.
Hey Stephanie,
I’m glad you started a photo blog (you know how I love them!). I’ve added you to my google reader and I’m excited to see more of your posts!
Thanks, Allison! You’re in my google reader, too.
Gotta love google! Hope you like the posts…still not really sure what I’m doing…hehe.

Dear Stephanie,
A very intersting site you have here. How would one get a position in Korea to teach English as a second language? Is there a great need for this. It might be of interest. I liked the pictures of the Orthodox Church in Korea. I wish you had shown some of the interior. One of my sister taught English in Hong Kong for 20 years.
I look forward to seeing you again soon.
My regards to your family.
